The first building to be developed at the strategic entrance to the new Cork Science and Innovation Park of Ireland (CSAIP), the new Incubation and Innovation Building (I+IB) looks to provide space for the start-up and incubation of innovation-led, high-growth, knowledge-based businesses.

Consisting of four storeys organized around a courtyard garden, the project looks to establish a design standard for future campus development, form a gateway for the park while generating a work environment, conducive to the sharing of ideas, which will provide the necessary bridge between industry and academic research.
