The site at Enniskerry Road, which is 2.7ha in size, is bounded by mature landscaping and an existing stream with significant contouring and views northwards towards the Irish Sea and Eastwards to the Dublin Mountains.

The development consists of 3 no. apartment blocks and 2 no. blocks of houses totalling 155 units mixed between 1, 2 and 3 bedroom types. A community facility is located within Block 2 at the heart of the project.

A substantial area of the site has been retained as a mature public open space recognising the importance of the sylvan nature of the landscape, providing a valuable amenity for future tenants to enjoy.

The project is progressing well on site and is due for completion in August 2021.
