Commissioned by the IDA as part of their expansion of the Athlone Office Park, the project consists of three storeys of flexible office accommodation with parking to the rear.
The project is designed to create Grade A efficient, flexible and lettable floorplates over three floors. To this end the service core has been separated out from the main building to generate open floor plates. Entrance and common circulation is located in the space between primary core and the main body of the building.
A deeply-modelled façade consisting of brick piers and concrete lintels provides shading from the sun and a striking image to those approaching from the south.
