Commissioned by Dublin City Council as an exemplar of MMC Modular Construction, Springvale consists of 55 apartments and 14 houses and a community scout hall on a triangular brownfield site in Dublin. Located between the Phoenix Park and the historic village of Chapelizod, the project responds to the mixed building type and variety of expression that is characteristic of this village to create a a deveopment that is of an approprite scale, rhythm and grain while availing of modern methods of construction for economy and speed of assembly.
