The development consists of 57 No apartments in three 5-8 storey blocks for Dublin City Councl on a key urban brownfield site in Dublin's city centre. Designed to be realised through Modern Methods of Construction so as to avail of off-site factory production quality standards as well as a shorter on-site construction period, the layouts have been developed to specifically suit delivery to site by lorry and the potential for different modular manufacturer construction methods. A reduced carbon footprint is achieved as lighter dry materials are used and wastage in minimised due to the controlled environment of offsite factory fabrication.
